Mack and Mack is housed in a single facility at 220 South Elm Street in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, a lively studio space of thoughtful associates, inspiring displays, comfortable fitting rooms, and flattering light. Part of the building is a 2000-square-foot factory where all of our signature separates are created one at a time. The Mack and Mack experience is modeled after classic Parisian dress shops: lots of helpful attention to your needs, the careful eye of our designers to assure a perfect fit, and accessory suggestions. A Mack and Mack wardrobe of coordinated separates assures classic style—along with lots of compliments—in stunning outfits for travel, business, parties, mother-of-the-bride, and simply looking your best every day.
At the heart of our brand is owner and designer Robin Mack Davis and her exclusive Magic™ fabric that is amazingly durable, wrinkle-free, and easy to clean. Choose from dresses, tops, skirts, pants, shells and wraps and have them fitted to your body. It is all done in one location. Once you accessorize, we promise that you will look your best anywhere.
Born and raised in Greensboro, Robin moved to New York City for design school after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in New York, Robin took a job sewing for designer James T. Clarke, with whom she practiced the art of design and learned the trade for seven years before returning to North Carolina. Robin founded the Mack and Mack brand in 1995 and grew it into a threefold concept: boutique, manufacturer, and unique clothing line. Our factory supplies Mack and Mack apparel to select shops out-of-state and through our online boutique. Everything at Mack and Mack is either designed or selected by Robin and she is eager to make shopping for clothes fun and exciting.
